Skinning Contest -- runs from now until Oct 31
The Winner's site will be featured on the Directory site. All skins that are submitted and adhere to the following rules will be included as possible skin choices that members can choose from as their skin. The winning site will be made the default skin for the site.
You may also submit more than one skin. Submit as many skins as you would like.
All submissions must be in to me by October 31.
All skins must be made with the firefox browser in mind. (Meaning you should be using it when you are creating the skin)
As several people have expressed a dislike for the current skin, and the idea of a contest was brought up, I have decided to create a contest for creating skins.
Rules:
1.) You must be a registered member at this site. (If you're not already a member, and you want in this contest, go and register now
) You may register at any time during the contest, but you must be registered at the time of your submission.
2.) The skin must somehow relate to Doctor Who -- this is a directory associated with my Doctor Who rp, so the theme needs to relate to Doctor Who. If you don't know what Doctor Who is, then go research it

3.) You will get special points with me if you include the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) somewhere in your skin. This is not a requirement, but your skin is going to have to be extra pretty if he's not in it somewhere. (Either in the logo, the background somewhere, or somewhere else in the skin).
4.) You may include as many Doctors as you wish, (there are 11 of them), but if you include one beside Ten, then Ten must be included as well. You may include any Doctor Who characters, including companions and enemies. You can theme it around any DW related person or item (such as the TARDIS).
5.) Everything in your skin must be G rated. This also means that all people must be fully clothed. I don't want any cleavage showing on women, I don't want any bikinis, or sexually suggestive images. The men must have their shirts on and must not be wearing underwear or swim trunks. This also means that there is to be no swear words used on the skin. Since your skin will be Doctor Who related, this shouldn't be difficult to do.
5.) You are allowed but not required to change the header and footer. If you are making a change to the header or footer, you must include the line that says Welcome! The Doctor Recommends and the firefox picture. You must also include the affiliates and c-box. If you're planning on changing the header/footer, PM me for the c-box code as well as anything else you need.
6.) You must fill out the following form when submitting your entry to me. Submissions can be made to me via PM or they can be posted as a response to this thread.
