Based in a small farming town in Wisconsin, Pecatonica is known for its drama, as well as its entertaining people. Many people have been moving into the town for some time now, due to the opening of the college, Orchard Creek University. There has been some upset, and irritation has been reaching its breaking points. With some stores closing down due to lack of funds, as well as the newcomers coming in and causing a little bit more of drama, how long will this town last?
The Stair People make their return; the high school will not be the same. There are new students who don’t really know what to do with themselves, and there have been some things that have gone awry within the cliques of this small, yet growing town. The Stair People seem to be one of the only cliques staying together, but that may just be because they are a clique made up of many others, the outcasts, the burn outs, you name it, anything other than the preps, jocks, nerds, geeks, goths, and punks, though there are some of those within this group of people. How long will all these cliques stay together?
Olivia Tame, the great, great granddaughter to Isabella Tame (the founder), is still devastated over the accident that her beloved Cody past away in. There’s a hole in her chest that just wont seem to get any better and nothing is helping it go away. Even with her being busy trying to stop the fights that tend to break out between the old residents and the new comers, mainly between the young college kids. As if that weren’t enough, there is Troy Stevenson; the man who has had a crush on her since, well, since she can remember. She does tend to make it worse by flirting with him, but that’s just for fun, that’s just her trying to heal, but Troy doesn’t seem to understand that.
With all this new stress Adam Tame, the mayor of Pecatonica, has his health to worry about. The last time he’d gone to the doctor, his blood pressure was through the roof so they keep monitoring him, which isn’t helping his situtuation. He doesn’t understand how Isabella had done it, but with Abigail there, he thinks that he’ll get through it, their love is stronger than anything the residents of Pecatonica can dish out. With everything going on though, how long until there is a riot in their small town?
