Welcome to Kingsville, one of the biggest cities in the world, with the highest concentration of super powered people.

Of course, having that many supers in one area isn’t as great as it sounds. Most try and live a normal life, keeping their powers a secret, but it is those who use their powers to help or hinder that get the most publicity.

In the battle between good and evil, accidents happen. Things get destroyed. That is why there are those in Kingsville that don’t like supers, that think they cause nothing but trouble, that the world would be a better place without them. Some even go so far as to wanting them dead.
