Things at Willow Tree Academy, located in the Northwest of the US have been going along like normal, however things outside of the school have not been going as smoothly. It's been 12 years since You-Know Who was defeated in England. After the Battle of Hogwarts a few lucky Death Eaters managed to escape from the UK to the United States. They have laid low for the past 12 years, gaining reputation back in the wizarding world, working their way up in the American wizarding government, and generally getting established in America. However now they are starting to bring back You-Know-Who's ideas on blood purity. Their message seems to be gaining momentum, especially with the established pure-blood families in the U.S. The only question now is, will this continue and if it does, will another You-Know-Who emerge?
